James Franklin Mock
I am honored to be able to serve my client’s needs. I feel strongly that my role is to listen and counsel as I help my clients try to achieve closure to their legal cases. Often I find that my domestic clients can find their quickest path to happiness through resolution out of court. For my disability clients I pay careful attention to their ailments and complaints and I try to convey their story to help them receive their disability benefits. For my criminal clients, I have worked hard to educate them as to the process, negotiate with the prosecutor and ultimately help my client decide whether it is best to assert their rights to a trial or take a reduced plea offer. The common theme I try to convey to all clients is that I care about their issues and I want to help improve their lives.
